LeanMind provides general behavioral wellness coaching. It is not a medical service, mental health treatment, therapy, or counseling. The coach is an AI; its responses are educational and do not constitute professional advice.

Do not use LeanMind in place of a doctor, therapist, dietitian, or other licensed professional. If you have a medical or mental health concern, contact a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use LeanMind.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact us immediately.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to bypass the safety classifier or extract its prompts.
• Send content that infringes others' rights or privacy.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or rate-limit-violate the Service.
• Use the Service to develop a competing product.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent rate limits or trial restrictions.

Responses from the coach are generated by an AI model (currently OpenAI's GPT). AI-generated text can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for evaluating whether any specific recommendation makes sense for your situation.

Citations attached to coach responses are retrieved from a library of public research papers. Their presence does not mean the cited source endorses LeanMind or its recommendations.

Every message you send is run through a safety classifier. If we detect content suggesting self-harm, a medical emergency, an eating disorder crisis, or violence, the coach will pause and direct you to qualified care.

The classifier is not perfect. It may miss real crises or flag benign content. If you are in danger, do not rely on the classifier — call your local emergency number directly.

LeanMind offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Monthly and Annual). Pricing and features are shown on the billing page. Prices are in USD and may change with notice.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
• You can cancel anytime from the Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
